53 out of the 310 alleged rouge policemen bravely accepted the challenge gave to them by President Rodrigo Duterte and Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Director General Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa.
On Tuesday, the cops finally arrived in Basilan for a two year mission to maintain law and order in the place where terrorist group Abu Sayaff is operating.
They were expected to be deployed in the far flung areas of Basilan such as Al-Barka and Tuburan.
Basilan Governor Jim Salimman welcomed the additional police force in the province that would help the anti terrorism campaign of the government.
Netizens reacted on the arrival of the cops in Basilan and they said that the scalawags must face the consequences and became vigilant.
