Mayor Regencia believed that Manileños must stop staging rally against martial law in Mindanao because they really don’t understand the real situation in the south.
““Hindi naman nila kami naintindihan dito sa Mindanao” Mayor Regencia said.
Since Martial Law was imposed several groups already staged rally against the martial law in Mindanao.
The opposition lawmakers also filed a petition to the Supreme Court to stop the implementation of martial law.
