This is what Jc-Tisha S. Ferrer told her friend on Facebook while she recounted how a security guard from Cebu Pacific helped her husband, Bob Cristo Ferrer who can’t buy a ticket to Manila because of insufficient funds.
According to the post of Ferrer, her husband who’s going to fly to take a Iloilo – Manila – Guam route on June 23 was informed that he mistakenly booked a wrong date for an Iloilo to Manila flight.
The problem made him panicked because the schedule of his Manila-Guam flight was scheduled on that date and he don’t have sufficient money to buy another ticket to NAIA anymore.
Fortunately, a security guard identified as Wilson Jagolino, worked at Cebu Pacific terminal in Iloilo International Airport saw Bob and asked why the passenger was so problematic at that time.
When Bob informed, Jagolino about the problem, the kindhearted security guard offered P1,500 to help the problematic passenger to buy a ticket to Manila.
Because of the help of the security guard, Mr. Ferrer successfully bought a ticket to Manila.
After that, Bob promised that he would pay the money that he borrowed to Jagolino. Two days after the fortunate incident, Mr. Ferrer paid the security guard who helped him.
JC-Tisha Ferrer’s post has gone viral on social media and as of writing it already reached 15,000 positive reactions from the netizens who admired the good deed of the security guard.
Mrs. Ferrer narrated the story using Ilonggo Language, this is what she said in Filipino.
Jagolino, who got interviewed by ABS-CBN, said that he’s shocked after he saw that his story became viral on the internet.
Alfe Compasano, colleague of Jagolino told ABS CBN News that the security guard already helped strangers several times.
Cebu Pacific planned to give an award to Jagolino for his good deed.
