A police officer proposed to President Duterte’s aide-de-camp after his speech in Camp Rafael Rodriguz in Butuan City.
Police Senior Inspector Arvin Jusmillo personally asked the President to give him 3 minutes to propose in his girlfriend for five years Police Senior Inspector Romea Alnieza Kinang who works as Duterte’s aide-de-camp.
CNN Philippines posted the video of the proposal on their Facebook page.
“My beloved President sir, humihiling po ako ng tatlong minutes lang po sa ngalan ng pag-ibig, sir. I would like to take this very rare opportunity and perfect timing sir” The police officer told Duterte.
The President who standing with Kinang allowed the police officer to propose in front of him and his staff.
He also shared to the audience that their wedding was canceled because of some relationship problems, but now that they are already okay again he already grab the opportunity to asked her again to marry him.
Witch matching romantic background music, the audience including President Duterte smiled and cheered the Police officer and the aide-de-camp of President Duterte didn’t hesitate to say ‘yes’.
