Vice Mayor Pulong Duterte lambasts anti Martial Law rallyists: “Bakit kayo takot sa martial law? Protektor ba kayo ng terorista o kriminal”

Davao City Mayor Paolo Duterte lambasted the people who opposed the declaration of Martial Law in the whole island on Mindanao Thursday.

Pulong showcased the current situation of Davao City during the Martial Law period that declared by his father President Rodrigo Duterte.

The photo showed the dabawenyos living normally despite of the martial law enforced in the city.

In his Facebook post he said that Yellows or people who supported the Liberal Party and the opposition had an outdated brain and they needed a reboot immediately.

“Ito ang itsura ng Martial Law namin dito sa Davao City. Ang utak ninyong mga YELLOW, OUTDATED na masyado ipareboot nyo na yan..” Vice Mayor Pulong wrote in his post.

He also slammed the groups who rallied in the streets to oppose the Martial Law declared by President Rodrigo Duterte and asked them if they are protecting criminals or terrorists that’s why they are afraid by the decision of his father.

“kayong mga nagpuputak sa daan, bat kayo takot sa martial law? may pinoprotektahan ba kayong kriminal or terrorista?”

In his other post, Pulong Duterte said that no one must fear the Martial Law if they are all ‘law-abiding citizen’

Since the start of Martial Law, groups most of them from Luzon already rallied in the streets to expressed their disappointment to the decision of President Duterte.

They urged the people not to support the Martial Law because they believed that it would only worsen the situation of Mindanao.

But the Mindanaoans was happy by the decision of President Duterte and even the politicians from Mindanao supported the decision of the Filipino leader.

They believe that Martial Law is the last card to solve the problem on terrorism in Mindanao.
