Davao Mayor Rodrigo Duterte said on an interview that he is going to send a humanitarian aid to the affected people of Kidapawan Massacre, he is also consulted the city council to use their calamity funds to send food and rice to the victims.
Mayor Duterte didn’t tell the exact amount of help that he will gave to the farmers, it’s opposite to the recent report of MindaVote2016 that he will give 15,000 sacks of rice.
