An OFW from United Kingdom started a petition on the internet to oust Senator Antonio Trillanes IV in the senate.
On March 6, Michael Valderama writes a letter addressed to senator Trillanes and asked him to voluntarily resign.
He explained that the Filipino people don’t really like a public servant who only wanted to oust the President who elected by the majority.
Mr. Valderama said that Trillanes cause was useless and the Filipino people don’t need his kind of service.
He explained in his letter that the administration is working to give a brighter future for the Filipino nation and Duterte was elected because the Filipino people wanted a vital change to the Philippines.
Mr. Valderama told Trillanes that any propaganda that he created was a betrayal for the republic of the Philippines.
Trillanes was warned in the letter that people may forced him to resign if he didn’t voluntarily resign.
“You have stirred bewilderment and confusion among us and tried to divide us with your wimpy tricks. if this prolongs, people who are sane enough will be forced to drag you out and bring you to places you don’t want to go,” Valderama wrote.
“Before this happens, kindly tender your urgent resignation for the benefit of all. This is the best sacrifice you can make for us; TO STEP DOWN FROM YOUR CURRENT POSITION,” He added.
The letter went viral on the internet and being featured in some pro-administration blogs.
Some Netizens voluntarily shared the letter and hopes that it would reached the office of Senator Trillanes.

On Friday, June 23, amid the criticisms received by senator Antonio Trillanes after his interview with BBC’s HARDTalk host Stephen Sackur, a netizen named Raffy Guiterrez criticized the politician and asked him to voluntarily resign as a public official.
He uploaded a video, where attacked sen. Trillanes and other members of the opposition.
“Panawagan sa lahat ng mga Pilipino: we must demand for the immediate resignation of Sonny Trillanes and the other Liberal Party id**ts,” Guiterrez said in his post.
