Who didn’t know Starbucks Coffee? Sometimes people go here to buy some coffee and relax. But a news that shocked many Starbucks Loyal Costumers has gone viral online.
A woman named Jessa claims that she found a dead mouse in her favorite starbucks coffee. ABS-CBN made a report about the incident which happened this week.
After she found a disgusting thing in her coffee, she immediately complained on the management of the Coffee Shop, but they insisted that the mouse didn’t came from their coffee shop.
Many Netizens who also a Starbucks fan criticised the girl, they believe that the girl is lying and intended to do this thing to gain some cash from the company.
The Dailypedia also received a statement from Starbucks Philippines:
“At Starbucks, we want every customer who visits our stores to have a positive experience. The safety of our customers is of the utmost importance, and we take our obligation to provide safe products seriously.
We are taking our customer’s concerns seriously and are actively investigating her claim.”
The Starbucks is well known for their excellent sanitation, that’s why it’s hard to believe that a rat will be found in their kitchen. Starbucks partners also showed to the customer how their coffee is made so everyone is sure that their Coffee is clean and satisfying.
