Pro-Duterte blogger ‘Maharlika’ got a chance to confront Senator Antonio Trillanes at a forum held in Los Angeles, California Sunday.
Trillanes, a known critic of President Rodrigo Duterte held a forum in America where he invited several members of the press in a first come first serve basis.
Maharlika, grabbed the opportunity to ask questions to the Senator and went there two hours early, to make sure that they will have seats.
However, when she tried to enter the venue, a woman who apparently know her identity tried to have stop the recording saying that cameras were not allowed during the forum.
But the Pro-Duterte blogger went on and asked why she was not allowed to bring her camer while there are several cameramen from the media inside.
The moment she asked why, the woman raised her voice and said that these cameramen were members of the press, but Maharlika insisted that she has the right to record everything because she’s a blogger.
During their face off with the Senator, Maharlika was also seen interrupted by several audiences, urging her to rush asking questions to Trillanes.
But Senator Trillanes allowed Maharlika to continue her questions, despite of the opposition from his supporters.
“Kung sa Senado ay pinatayan niyo ng mikropono ang isang Senador at i ere kung ano man ang gusto niyang sabihin, bakit dito gusto niyo paring pigilan?” Maharlika asked Trillanes.
“At saan kayo humuhugot ng lakas ng loob para pigilin ang mga Pro-Duterte supporter?” she added.
One of the organizers of the forum informing Maharlika that her time was over.
Before she ended her time with Senator Trillanes, she even shouted that ‘Duterte is the bringer of change.’
To show that she doesn’t want to wage war with the Senator, Maharlika even asked Trillanes to had a photos taken with the Senator itself.

After the event, Maharlika recorded another video explaining what happened inside.
She said that they were preventing her from using the microphone, but she said that it’s okay.
However, she couldn’t stop herself from saying that the people inside the forum of Senator Antonio Trilanes are acting like a ‘dicators’ because they only wanted to hear the side of the opposition of President Rodrigo Duterte while they wanted to silence the voice of his supporters.
The video of Maharlika received one million views on social media while her after meeting video received 200,000 views.
She was praised by several Duterte supporters including Presidential Communications Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson.
“Binibining maharlika, idol ka namin salamat dahil sa iyong tapang at malasakit sa bayan natin at kay Tatay Digong ang ama ng ating bayan,” Mocha said in her video.
Uson also expressed her opinion about the critics of the President.
“Nakakainis lang ano, kasi etong gobyerno todo trabaho, eto nga’t magpapauwi tayo ng napakadaming OFWs mula Kuwait, sagot ng gobyerno ang pamasahe at tutulungan ng gobyerno natin yan,” she said.
“Tapos etong mga napakaliliit ng ewan, eh tinatawag pang diktador si Tatay Digong,” she added.
