House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez angered by the recent action of PBA Party-list representative Jericho Nograles after he allegedly sabotaged the impeachment complaint planned to file against Vice President Leni Robredo.
Politiko.ph reported that the Alvarez is ‘furious’ after Nograles, one of the supermajority member of the congress blasted the two lawyers of ‘Impeach Leni Movement’ after he claimed that they used his name without his consent.
The website also reported that their source said that Nograles was aware about the impeachment complaint and he met the Impeach Leni Team. It contradicted the statement of Nograles that he never met the team.
“He would not have been given a copy of the complaint had he not asked for it,” the source said.
On Tuesday, Congressman Nograles released a statement that he’s going to sue Atty. Bruce V. Rivera and Atty. Trixie Cruz-Angeles after they allegedly used his name to endorse the impeachment against Vice President Leni Robredo without his permission.
