Attorney Bruce V. Rivera also known as ‘Minerva Fuschia Rivera’ lectured Binibining Pilipinas Miss International 2017 Mariel De Leon about important traits of being a beauty queen and why Mocha Uson deserved to became an assistant secretary of the Presidential Communications Operations Office.
Rivera understand that the beauty queen only need to be educated and not needed to be bashed by the netizens.
The pro-duterte blogger said that not all the people who achieved a diploma were educated people, not all the holy persons were clean and not all the people who cussed were disrespectful.
“Hija, hindi lahat ng may diploma, edukado. Hindi lahat ng banal, totoong malinis. Hindi lahat na nagmumura, bastos. May mga totoo pero tao at may nagkukunwari pero demonyo,” Rivera said.
Rivera also recounted how a Catholic priest made a disrespectful meme for the pro-duterte bloggers including Mocha and the attorney explained that not all the people who chosen to serve to God knew how to respect.
“Alam mo Mariel, ang gumawa ng mga sobrang bastos na meme namin ni Mocha ay isang paring Dilawan. Isang alagad ng Diyos na kung mambastos sa amin, aakalain mo na gawain ng isang demonyo. Pero nagkukunwari at nagtatago sa isang pangalan,” Rivera said.
The lawyer told De Leon that as a daughter of an actor, she must not belittle the people like Mocha who also worked in showbiz industry.
“Bilang anak ng isang aktor dapat alam mo na hindi maliitin ang isang entertainer kasi mahirap ang trabaho sa entablado. Ikaw nga, sumemplang ka sa unang salang mo sa Bb. Pilipinas,”
Rivera also believes that the an assistant secretary of the PCOO doesn’t need to be a lawyer or doctor. The lawyer also added that only few people can achieved a 5 million followers on social media like what Mocha Uson reached.
“Bilang ASec sa PCO on Social Media, hindi kailangan na abogado o doktor ang pwede ilagay dito. Isipin mo, umabot ng 5 milyon ang followers ni Mocha sa Facebook. Hindi po madaling gawin yan. Kahit ako, hindi ko kaya. At madami akong diploma na pwedeng ipagmalaki,” He said.
In the last part of Rivera’s post, the lawyer told that a real queen doesn’t belittle people and the real beauty cannot be seen in a crown but in the heart of a person.
“Payo lang, Ineng. Ang totoong reyna, hindi mapanglait. Kung walang masabing maganda, tumatahimik na lang. Kasi ang tunay na kagandahan, hindi yung kumikinang na korona kundi ang kumikinang na puso,”
On Tuesday, Bb. Pilipinas International 2017 Mariel De Leon slammed the appointment of Mocha Uson as assistant secretary of the Presidential Communications Operations Office.
De Leon said that there are others that ‘more unbiased, educated and respected people who deserved her place”
The tweet of De Leon sparked Debate between the pro-duterte supporters and the critics of the government.
De Leon said that she would continue voicing out her opinions because she believes that the country was more important than the crown.
