Department of Agriculture Secretary Emmanuel Pińol said that New Zealand pledges support for Philippines Dairy Program.
The good news was shared by Pińol on his personal Facebook account.
The first bilateral meeting of Pińol and New Zealand Minister of Primary Industries Nathan Guy got a good result after NZ pledges technical support for the Filipinos who worked in the Dairy Industry.
They also discussed a short course program for young Filipinos in dairy farming in New Zealand.
The support of New Zealand was a big help to the program of Department of Agriculture to improve the knowledge of the Filipino Dairy Farmers.
Meanwhile, lawmakers including Representative Lito Atienza gave their support to the Department of Agriculture in their mission to help millions of famers, fishermen and livestock raiser in the Philippines.
