Senator Sotto vents anger on the news about wet ballots: “Obvious ang dayaan, P.I nyo!”

Senator Tito Sotto releases expletive after hearing about some irregularities found during the recount of votes in the 2016 vice presidential race.

In an interview with reporters, the camp of former Senator Bongbong Marcos revealed that some ballot boxes from Bato, Camarines Sur were wet.

Because of this, Sotto who claimed that there were some early transmission of votes before the 2016 elections couldn’t stop himself from cursing.

“If comelec says d early trnsmssion logs i’m asking for are missing, sobrang obvious na nagkadayaan! P&£%@.$?¥ ina nyo!” Sotto said in a tweet that he shared from Pro-Duterte blogger Sass Rogando Sasot.

In a text message, Sotto also described the “wet ballots” as alarming and he didn’t buy the reason of Robredo camp that the papers were soaked in water because of the typhoon.

“These wet ballots issue is so alarming. 2 years nang basa? Ayaw matuyo. Logs are not available? Are they hiding some things?” the Majority Leader asked.

Some netizens who were also suspicious about the election results also agreed with Sotto.

Some even suggested that there should be a snap election for Vice President.

However, Twitter user MusikerongPanday believe that the snap election should not be automated, because the same electoral system already gave doubts to the people.

Today, the Marcos camp claimed that they found some allegedly pre-shaded ballots from Baao town in Robredo’s home province in Camarines Sur.

However, the camp of Robredo denied the ‘ridiculous’ claims of Marcos.

“We find the report ridiculous, since at that time, only one ballot box was opened and this report surfaced immediately,” said Bernadette Sardillo, one of the Vice President’s lawyers.
