Dr. Raquel Fortun was bombarded with criticisms from the Duterte supporters after her tweet about Davao City Mayor Inday-Sara Duterte’s 7 week pregnancy.

According to Dr. Fortun, celebrating the Davao City Mayor’s triplets is too early because of Inday-Sara’s very delicate pregnancy.
“Too early to rejoice over 7weeker lalo na triplets. Wait for delivery and spare oneself from heartache. PR for Lolo?” Dr. Raquel Fortun said in her tweet.
Inday-Sara Duterte pregnancy is also x3 harder than a normal pregnancy.
According to some sources, the mortality rate of triplets is 60/1000 or 6% mortality.
Meanwhile, the Duterte supporters are attacking Dr. Fortun for her tweet. They believe that the doctor’s tweet is very discouraging.
Inday Sara Duterte also responded on Dr. Raquel’s Tweet and called her Miss.Bittermelon/Ampalaya.
But some Netizens also understands the point of the doctor.
Supporters of the Duterte clan are praying that Inday-Sara and her babies can survive this very fragile pregnancy.
