President Duterte became emotional after being asked by a GMA journalist about the loss of two of Inday-Sara Duterte’s triplets.
The President also admitted that he cried after he received the news that two of his three upcoming grandchildren’s heart were not beating anymore.
“I went to the bathroom, I cried upon learning that Inday sara lost the 2 of the triplets” emotional President Duterte said to the press.
Duterte was attending the ASEAN Summit in Lao PDR, when he received the sad news.
The room in the Davao International Airport where the press conference happened suddenly became silent after the president revealed that his heart broke after the loss of his two upcoming grandchildren.
The President understands that Davao City Mayor Inday-Sara must revealed her condition publicly because she is a public official.
Three days ago, Davao City Inday-Sara Duterte revealed that President Duterte still don’t know what happened to her triplets.
Netizens who watched the live press conference on Facebook also became emotional and teary eyed after seeing the reaction of the President while answering the question of the GMA correspondent.
