The PDP-Laban Standard Bearer Mayor Duterte is facing another challenge and now it’s about transparency.
Sen. Trillanes is now throwing allegation against the Davao City Mayor, he said that the Punisher is just pretending to be a poor man and revealed that the Punisher is allegedly hiding a 211 Million Pesos in his hidden account.
The Davao City Mayor denied it and said he the 211 Million Peso bank account is not exist.
According to the spokesperson of Mayor Duterte,Peter Laviñia, the Davao Mayor is willing to give the 211 Million Pesos to Senator Trillianes if the allegation against him was proven.
“Sabi niya ibibigay pa nga nya yung pera kay Trillanes” Peter Laviñia said to Cheryl Cosim of News5
The supporters of Mayor Duterte believes, that it’s impossible that the Davao City Mayor can give 211 Million Pesos to Trillanes because his 2 BPI account is only having thousands of pesos.
The Davao Mayor said to Sen. Trillanes that he must file an affidavit first and he promised that he will revealed his bank account to the public if the Senator already filed it.
Some analyst also said that this issue will only give little effect to the Davao City Mayor, because the election is already near and many people will believe that this issues that thrown to the top Presidential candidate is already pure black propaganda.
