Netizens noticed how Philippine National Police (PNP) Director General Chief Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa clenched his teeth to anger when he saw one of the Scalawags not properly postured in front of President Rodrigo Duterte in Malacañang Palace on February 7.
While President Duterte was delivering his speech, the PNP Chief pointed out to a cop and teaches him how to stand straight and properly pose in front of the President.
The Netizens reacted and praised Dela Rosa for being serious in disciplining his men who faced controversies because of corruption allegations.
“Ganito! Ganito” Dela Rosa told the unidentified cop while he’s showing an example of a proper posture.
Bato wanted to resign because of being ashamed when the PNP faced controversies because of kidnappings committed by his men, but the President didn’t allowed him to do it because he wanted Bato to clean the Police Organization.
