After the controversial cursing of Mayor Duterte while telling a story about his experience in a traffic caused by the Papal Visit, the Pope already sent a letter of forgiveness to the PDP-Laban Presidential Candidate.
The letter was received by Fr. Gilbert Nagosa and showed the good news to Mayor Duterte and Sen. Cayetano in their visit in Sto. Nino Parish Church in Bohol.
“I wrote them to express my regret for using the Lord’s name in vain,’’ Duterte said.
Even the planned visit of Mayor Duterte in Vatican didn’t happened, the supporters of Mayor Duterte is still celebrating this good news.
This will also gain confident and it will bring back the Roman-Catholic voters who didn’t like Duterte because of the cursing the pope issue.
