five months ago, President Duterte promised if he wins the 2016 Presidential Election that he will require all private hospitals to allocate 20 to 30 beds for the poor for free, with government paying for their hospital bills.
According to some Netizens, Duterte can possibly give a free hospitalization to all Netizens, because he already did it in Davao thru “LINGAP PARA SA MAHIRAP”.

Duterte also want to convert PAGCOR funds to improve healthcare in the Philippines. He also want to to bring the 911 nationwide to help more people.
