President Rodrigo Duterte inspected the flooded areas in Metro Manila via Helicopter on August 15.
The flood caused by the nonstop rain last week damages many houses and affected many families in Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon.
The flood also gave a very long traffic because of the closed roads.
A rare tornado who also devastated the parts of Metro Manila was also contributed to the damages.
The DSWD already sent help to the affected families of the flood.
