Singer Ronnie Liang slammed several supporters of former Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno on Twitter for their aggressive attitude towards the people who were in favor of the decision of the Supreme Court.
In his tweets about the removal of Sereno, Liang said that the decision of the Supreme Court would be a “wake up call” to the judiciary to ensure that every leader that they should choose must be passed the qualifications.
“I believe #SerenoQuoWarranto would be a wake up call to everyone na Lahat ay may #Accountability, specially in Judiciary to always exercise #integrity & #probity. To the next applicants to passed all the requirements required by law. No exemptions.
#JustSaying #Opinion ✌🏼” Liang said.
He believed that the congress report about Sereno was enough to remove the former Chief Justice in her position.
“I strongly agree with the Quo Warranto to disqualify #CJSereno Citing Congress Reports that She didn’t file/submit/not honest w/ her SALNs & She is psycologically incapacitated/ She failed the psychological exams. No One is above the law.” Liang said.

Some even said that Liang was clueless about the constitution and urged him to read it.
“Have you even read the constitution? How about the decision? Because based on your tweets, wala ka atang alam sa batas.”

After receiving criticisms from some netizens, Liang wrote another tweet, saying that the self-proclaimed defenders of the democracy were not respecting the opinion of other people like him.
“May ilang group na nag po promote ng #DefendDemocracy kuno pero pag nag comment or voice out ka ng opinion na hindi nila gusto magagalit. Ganun talaga #DoubleStandard haha 😆 #TruthHurts haha.” Liang tweeted.

“Hunny it’s 2018. OPINIONS should have factual bases. Di na enough yung magsasalita ka lang without really knowing what the issue revolves on. Sa panahon na maraming naloloko ng fake news, BAWAL ANG MEMA.” @nayeonismm told Liang.
