Three IT Experts revealed that they are paid by officials from Liberal Party to manipulate the election results on May 2016.
According to them, they operated in a building in Quezon Province on May and receiving the SD cards from different municipalities to manipulate.
They claimed that they were getting votes from other candidates by using a “machine”, but it’s not clear if the machine that they used were computers or PCOS machines.
They also claimed that the manipulated votes goes to Mar Roxas and Vice President Leni Robredo
300,000 votes were added to Vice President Leni Robredo and 1,000,000 were added to Mar Roxas , most of them were deducted to the votes of President Rody Duterte. according to the witness.
The witness also claimed that they altered the votes of Sen. Drilon, De Lima and Hontiveros.
“Sa amin po naitratransmit yung mga boto mula sa munisipalidad na nabilang na upang ito ay mamanipula namin ang mga numero at mailagay namin sa gusto naming kandidato” the unidentified IT expert told the reporters at the press conference.
The witness claimed that there’s a high ranking government officials from Liberal Party that asked them to do the manipulation.
They also claimed that they didn’t talked to Bongbong Marcos or any candidates to reveal this information to the public.
